The quote

What AI automation costs: the hours it takes back, and how complex it is.

There is no price list, because the price follows the work. It is based on two things: how many hours we take from your daily routine, and the complexity of the automation itself. A simple task is built quickly and is live at once; a complex one needs several AI employees coordinated, and that coordination is what raises the complexity. Each workflow has one monthly figure, and you get it in writing before anything is built. This is an AI automation agency that prices a workflow, not a day.

Step one · the hours

We count the hours with you

The first week is a look at the real work: the mailbox, the files, the accounting system and the way the tasks actually move — read-only. We write down which tasks an AI employee can take and how long each one costs you by hand, by your own rule, and how complex the AI automation would be to build. That read can also turn up hard findings, such as bank lines never reconciled, suppliers coded to more than one ledger account, invoices with no VAT wording.

  • Read-only: nothing is changed
  • The hours counted by your own rule
  • It ends in a written quote
Step two · the system

One monthly figure per workflow

Each workflow is priced on the hours it takes off your routine and on how complex it is to build and run — one AI employee for a simple job, several working together for a complex one. The quote states the hours it is priced against. It runs on our servers against your own accounts, your data stays yours, and every action is logged where you can read it.

  • Simple tasks: built quickly, live at once
  • Complex tasks: several AI employees coordinated
  • One workflow, one monthly figure, the hours written in it
  • Built once, run every time it is triggered, every action logged
  • A kill switch stops any robot in one command

Tell us which hours you want back.

AI automation consulting here starts with a plain answer, not a pitch. Three lines are enough: what you do, which tasks take your time, and roughly how many hours a week they cost. You get a plain answer on whether an AI employee fits, how many AI employees the work needs, and which one would be built first. Write to [email protected].
