The New AI Employee

Privacy Policy

Short and plain: what data we handle, why, and how to reach us.

Who we are

The New AI Employee is a brand of AI Mode LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and has no forms.

Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. The type font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Our web server keeps standard access logs for a short time, only for security and fault-finding.

When you write to us

If you e-mail us, we use your address and what you write only to answer you and, if we work together, to run that work. We never sell it or use it for advertising. We keep it while the conversation or the work lasts and afterwards only as long as accounting and legal duties require.

Client work

When we work for a client, the client agreement applies. The client's data stays the client's: our AI employees work inside the client's own accounts, only to do the agreed job and on the client's instructions. Every output is a draft that a person at the client checks and signs off.

Clients who use our client app give us their login e-mail and the messages they exchange with us there; we use them only to run the service.

LinkedIn

We publish posts about our own work on our LinkedIn company page through LinkedIn's official interface. We use it only to publish our own content; we do not collect, store or analyse data about LinkedIn members through it.

Who else handles data

We use a small number of service providers only to run our work: our servers are hosted by Hetzner in Germany, the website is delivered through Cloudflare, and our e-mail runs on Google Workspace. We share nothing else with anyone, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

Write to us

Tell us which hours you want back.

Three lines are enough: what you do, which tasks take your time, and roughly how much of your week they cost. You get a plain answer on whether an AI employee fits and which one would be built first. Write to [email protected].

Replies come from a person who signs, not from a robot.
