Online contract signing on a private page, with a certificate for every signature

Online contract signing here means your proposal or agreement becomes a private web page that each party signs with a drawn signature, a typed name and a consent line. A signature certificate records who signed, when, and a fingerprint of the exact document, so any later change shows.

Running today: proposals signed on a private web page, with a signature certificate for every document.

The work it takes off you

Online contract signing takes off the printing, scanning, chasing and filing that a signed agreement usually costs.

By hand, a contract goes out as an attachment, gets printed, signed, scanned and sent back, sometimes in the wrong version. Then someone has to check which copy is final, who signed it and when, and file it where it can be found.

The risk is not the signature itself. It is the doubt afterwards: which version was signed, whether anything changed, whether the person who signed had the right to sign for the company. Paid signature services solve part of this, at the cost of one more subscription and one more place where your documents live.

How the workflow runs

Every signature follows the same route, and only people sign.

  1. Ingest: the agreed text of the proposal or agreement is prepared, and a person approves it before anything is published.
  2. Generate: it becomes a private web page, reachable only by the parties it is meant for.
  3. Sign-off: each party, each company by its director, reads the document and signs with a drawn signature, a typed name and a consent line.
  4. Enrich: the system records who signed and when, together with a fingerprint of the exact document.
  5. Generate: a signature certificate PDF is produced, recording every signature. Any later change to the document no longer matches its fingerprint, so it shows.

What you get

You get a signed document and the proof of what was signed, kept together.

Who it fits: esignature for small business

It fits any business that wants esignature for small business without another subscription, and without printing anything.

The rules it runs under

The robot prepares the signing page and the certificate; it never signs, never changes the text and never sends the document on its own.

The text is approved by a person before it is published. Only the parties sign. Every action is written to an audit record, and a kill switch stops it in one command.

The AI employee is ours: it is rented monthly and runs on our servers against your own accounts, and the documents and certificates stay yours. If the rental stops, the workflow stops and you keep everything.

Questions, answered plainly

Is it legally binding?

It records who signed, when, and exactly what, with a certificate as proof. We make no claim about its legal level and hold no legal certification. Whether it is enough for a given agreement depends on the law that applies to it; where a contract needs a specific form, use that form.

Is this contract signing software I have to buy?

No. It is not sold as software. The signing page and the certificate are part of the AI employees we run for you, rented monthly, with no third-party signature service behind them.

Is it contract management automation?

It covers the proposal, the signatures and the certificate. Tracking renewals, deadlines and obligations after signing is not part of it today.

Can several companies sign the same document?

Yes. Each party signs on the same private page, each company by its director, and the certificate records every signature with its time.

How do I know nobody changed the document after signing?

The certificate records a fingerprint of the exact document. If anything changes afterwards, the fingerprint no longer matches, and the change shows.
