An AI knowledge base: one brain that knows your whole business

An AI knowledge base reads every file in your archive and turns it into one searchable list, by category, company and deal, with a link to each file. Anyone can find in seconds what used to live in one person's memory.

Running today for a client: a whole document archive read file by file and turned into one searchable index, kept up to date.

Why is it so hard to find an old document?

Because years of files sit in folders named by whoever saved them. An AI knowledge base fixes that.

Say a customer asks for the certificate from a job two years ago. You ask around, and the one person who knows is on holiday.

When that person leaves, the knowledge leaves with them.

How does it work?

We read your files where they are. Nothing is moved, renamed or changed.

  1. We open every file in your drive or archive: PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, emails.
  2. Each file gets a category, the companies it's about, the deal it belongs to, its date and a one-line summary.
  3. Files we can't read, or that need attention like an expired certificate, go on their own list.
  4. Everything goes into one list in your own sheet, with search and a link to each file.
  5. New files are added every time it runs.

What do you get?

You get your company's memory in one place, searchable by anyone you choose. A business brain, in plain words.

Who is it for?

It's for any business with years of documents and too few people who know where they are. It becomes your company knowledge base.

What won't it do?

It's read-only. Your files are never moved, renamed or changed, and the list lives in your own account.

Only the people you choose can see it, and every run is kept in a log.

Questions, answered plainly

Does it move or rename my files?

No. It reads them where they are and links to them. Your folders stay as they were.

Can it read scans and old PDFs?

Yes, scans too. Files it can't read are listed, so nothing is silently missed.

Where does the list live?

In your own Google Sheet, with a search page. It's yours.

Can my team ask it questions?

They can search today. Asking in plain language over the same list is built to order.
